Aarathi Prasad, a geneticist and mother of a mixed race child, challenges the idea of racial purity and explores claims that there are biological advantages to being mixed race.
Using scientific research and studies, Prasad shows there is evidence that suggests those of diverse genetic backgrounds have better physical and mental health than those who do not.
