The Big Three

Nadia will soon be able to hold up three fingers when people ask about her age.  To celebrate the big three, we’re hosting a Princess Tiana party.  (I no longer fight the princess mentality. I will address that when Simone and Nadia are older.) The girls approved the design for these cards. They love the sparkly touches. We will be hosting a few 3-year-olds for chicken nuggets and cake. If I don’t post for a few days, please know I am recovering from an acute case of the giggles.

I just LOVE IT! Those are adorable! I can’t wait for my little girl’s first “Girlie” party…not much for princesses either but it’s cute to see them all dressed up as long as “princess” doesn’t translate into Diva. LOL 🙂

  • Hahaha! I’d like to fight the princess mentality, but I have no idea how. If I discourage her from it, then it gets attractive bad-boy status. If I ignore it, then she’ll find it own her own, through friends. I’ve already decided to deal with it and hope she grows out of it.
